In this project, Hugo Hodge had to develop a series of unofficial collateral for the 2024 Quakecon convention in Grapevine, Texas.
Quakecon - Brochure
Another piece of merch. This is a brochure intended to help people navigate themselves to Quakecon as well to anticipate the convention’s tickets, living conditions, and the prices thereof for both.
Quakecon - Coins
This is Hugo’s most favorite part of the collateral design- it’s a series of decorative coins made physical by the online client.
Quakecon - Sketches
As part of the iteration needed to creatively produce enough designs for the collateral Quakecon needs, I sketched out a bunch of ideas that could be used as the jumping off points for layouts, visuals, logos, and lettering.
Quakecon - digital iteration
On the next step of iteration is the various poster, coin, and sticker ideas made for Quakecon based off of my sketches. Several ideas, like the stickers and certain poster ideas, were scrapped.
